The cost will depend on your care needs. One of our staff will discuss the cost once we have completely evaluated your condition. We accept most major insurance policies which can help shoulder the costs for our care services.

What is home care and how does it differ from home healthcare?
Home care refers to any type of care (medical or non-medical) that is provided for the client in their home. While home care can be used to describe both medical and non-medical care, typically “home care” refers to non-medical care such as companionship/homemaking services and personal care services, while “home healthcare” refers to the provision of skilled nursing care and other care such as speech, physical or occupational therapy. New Bridge Homecare Services provides both Non-Medical as well as Skilled Nursing Services.
Do you provide services to those in nursing homes or assisted living communities?
Yes. New Bridge Homecare Services can provide companionship or personal care to residents at assisted living communities and nursing homes who may desire additional attention or personalized care.
What if my care giver is sick or on vacation?
Our company employs a team of caregivers so that your care service will not be interrupted if someone gets sick or goes on vacation. If your Caregiver is unavailable, the Client Care Coordinator will arrange another caregiver and will contact you in advance of the change. The Client Care Coordinator will also introduce the interim caregiver to you and review your Plan of Care with the interim caregiver prior to service. Our goal is to ensure that services are provided as expected. Your safety and security are a top priority.
Will I be able to pick my Caregiver of choice?
Yes. We encourage you to choose out of our several trained and competent caregivers. We also encourage you to complete our “Client Satisfaction Questionnaire to let us know how we are doing.

Do I pay your Caregivers directly? How do I pay?
No.
You will never have to pay our staffs directly under any circumstance. Our staffs will never ask you for any kind of money.
Insured Clients:
Some insurance covers some in home services. We will assist you to find out what your insurance will cover and what you will pay out of pocket.
Medicaid/ Long Term Care clients:
We will verify your Medicaid eligibility before providing services and seek reimbursement through Medicaid.
No Insurance/ Private Pay:
We will agree with you on payment terms before services are provided. We will work with you to make the process easy.
Do you guarantee the privacy of my information?
Yes. New Bridge Homecare Services abides by all Federal and State HIPPA guidelines regarding client privacy. Our company will sign a privacy and confidential agreement with you before we commence service. Your personal information is kept in a lock area accessible only by senior personnel’s. New Bridge Homecare Services does not sell our client information to any third party
